Because they do not rely on third-party trade subcontractors, the build moves fluidly through three distinct phases:
Phase 1: Civil Works & Site Access
- Civil Clearing : Cutting access roads through rough terrain and grading the site compound.
- Civil Utilities : Executing all on-site trenching and directional drilling required for incoming commercial power and fiber backhaul.
- Foundations : Pouring the structural concrete pier pad for the tower base, along with separate concrete pads for the integrated telecom equipment shelters.
Phase 2: Structural & Prefab Erection
- Tower Erection : Utilizing in-house mechanical crews to assemble and erect the steel lattice, monopole, or guyed telecom tower structure.
- Prefab Equipment Enclosures : Delivering and securing the prefabricated wall panel equipment shelters, which house the highly sensitive telecommunications equipment.
- Compound Security : Installing permanent security perimeter fencing, grounding rings, and lightning protection loops around the tower base and shelter.
Phase 3: In-House Electrical, Telecom, & Tech Tie-In
- Utility Power Connection : Laying high-voltage conduits from the utility point of presence, mounting the main electrical switchgear, and connecting back-up generation infrastructure.
- Clean-Energy Integration : Integrating local solar power arrays and battery storage banks to provide independent off-grid or hybrid power to remote tower sites.
- Telecom Component Integration : Mounting the antenna arrays, routing coax or fiber trunks up the tower catenary, and terminating cables within the prefab equipment enclosure to prepare the site for carrier commissioning.
